DaVinci Resolve stabilize multiple clips automatically
Переглядів 8 тис.3 роки тому
When I was digitising my old VHS tapes with DaVinci Resolve, I needed to apply stabilisation on all clips. I could not find a way to do this automatically within DaVinci itself, so I created a simple script which presses the stabilise button and then monitors the CPU/GPU usage in order to continue with the next clip. You can find the python code at gist.github.com/sjonkeesse/134494371a361d513ad...
Adding AUX to Toyota Yaris 2007 - W58824 radio

Adding an Auxiliary Input to Toyota Yaris (2007) with the W58824 radio by injecting digital audio into the CD player input. You need an Analog to Digital (SPDIF) audio converter in order for this to work. www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=Analog to Digital Audio Converter Adapter SPDIF Coaxial&_sacat=0 www.ebay.com/itm/133864010195 (with mic) www.ebay.com/itm/283925343326 (without mic)

How would u wire it to the AM button instead of cd because i want to use my cd
Funciono realmente muy bien en mi toyota corolla 2008, muchas gracias!!!
The aux system is working but the power/volume and tune buttons don't work, does anyone know what the problem might be?
Great video but I don’t think I would be that desperate for an aux in.
Hey Robin, Can you please help me with this, I wanted to upgrade my 06 yaris head unit (W58824) to an aftermarket one without losing the steering controls. What are my options?
Great tutorial! I wanted to add bluetooth to my Yaris radio so I bought a bluetooth board with a SPDIF coax digital output. After a lot of diagnostics, (the first suspect of course being my soldering), it seems like the board is defective, so I did the same thing as in the video and used an analog to digital convertor and hooked it up to a bluetooth board with audio out. Works perfectly!
In my case it is working, but the sound is only on the left front speaker ... both speakers on the right side dont work. Can you help me please?

Do these video files get rendered as individual videos or would they all be rendered into 1 video file? I have multiple videos that need stabilized but I want to keep them in seperate videos.
This is for one timeline
'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command, shows in cmd
You can try pip3 or use Windows PowerShell
Ich habe zehn mall geschaut aber weiß nicht welche Kabel an welche ort Leimen 😢
Which cables or wires?
@@robinjansen51 ich mochte ein bluetooth modul einbauen. Aber habe kein Ahnung welche Kabel an welche Ort Leimen. Können Sie mir helfen bitte.

getting one problem here, i got different length of clips so it takes different time for all but this script repeats process even if current clip stabilization didn't finish... it doesn't wait for stabilization to finish
You need to tune the CPU or GPU threshold in order for it to recognise when it is finished. If you have enough time on your hands, you could also set it by timer.
Nice to see how to put aux on autoradio! Thanks
It works.. 👍 Thanks mate
very GOOD Thank You
How do you do it on Macbook? How do you change gputil? Thanks
hi friend, could you kindly tell me what the three-wire connector is for, what does it command??
What three wire connecor do you mean? Could you give me a timestamp?
How do I change stabilization type from Perspective to Translation?
You can do this before colouring in batch by changing it in one clip and applying the colour grade of that clip to all clips!
Is there a better way in Davinci Resolve 18?
Hi Robin;🌹 I’m waiting to hear from you, Thank you for replying🙏🏻
you tried in vain, it doesn't work for me....
Hi Robin; Do you mind if I’d ask how much would that cost for a proper job on my Toyota Yaris 2008? I’m in Bmingham B138BU Moseley. Appreciate in advance for replying🙏🏻.
Hello Hussein, don’t you already have an auxiliary input on your 2008? If you’re handy and know what to do, it would take around an hour to implement it. So including parts around £100 I’ll guess?
@@robinjansen51 sounds good to me. Only we need to confirm the day and time for proper installation. There’s only one question to ask if I may ? And after job’s finishing the panel control on sterring wheel work or no ? Thank you for replying in advance🙏🏻
Hi Robin;I’m still waiting for your respond.
Hi Hussein. I’m not living in the UK. I was just guessing how much it would cost for you locally.

Hey, denk je dat her zou kunnen als je een adapter hebt die 5v 1A is?
Thanks :)
You are the best God Bless you !!
Thanks
If it needs to have a default setting for stabilization, for example similarity, select a clip, set similarity, right-click, select copy, select all clips, right-click, paste attributes and select only color correction, apply .. :)
this is REally good advice it worked for me thanks
Hey, it’s not working for me, i did the same steps as you, and it’s not working
Do you have access to a scope?
@@robinjansen51 unfortunately nope🥲
Hi did you do this for mac ?
Yes it does on my Mac M1, but without the GPU features from GPUtil, though. So make sure you remove them.
Fuck that I'll just buy a new car 🤦🏻♂️
Good for you 👍🏻
Hi, does it work on MacBook?
I’m not sure, haven’t tried it yet. But with some minor adjustments, it would probably work.
Buy a fm transmitter with aux. Simple and easy.
The quality is not that good and consistent, but in some cases it is sufficiënt 👍🏻
Why do you need the analogue to digital converter? In this video (ua-cam.com/video/zp-t7cl_ZSs/v-deo.html) he just solders directly to the PCB. Is it cause in that video he solders to the radio's PCB, which is analogue? And in this video you solder to the CD player, which is then digital? If that's the case, why would you not solder to the radio instead here?
Good question. My radio doesn’t have an analog part. Perhaps because of the CD player. I did check the datasheet of the controller for if there was something similar available, for examplr for an auxiliary input, but there where none. In the case of the video you sent me, it might have been easier for him to solder at that spot.
hello , tnx for video , i buy all the pars but i cant find the part which it has red and white one side and aux port other side, would u please tell me whats the name on that part. thank you

I can not believe this script actually exists... This is amazing... But you are psycho!.. But this is amazing!
As i hit enter after typing "cd Desktop\stabilizer" it says that the system cannot find the path but i checked the mark for "ADD Python 3.9 to Path" as i installed it.
Desktop\stabilizer is a folder that I’ve created myself. If your directory is Desktop, you can just create a new file over there called stabilizer.py with the content of the gist from the link.
Hej! Robin! This is genious! Many thanks!
THANKS YOU SO MUCH! I was NOT looking forward to stabilizing all 112 clips from my terribly shaky gopro footage. This worked like a charm! You're incredible!
Wow... Do you mine with ETH coin?
Yes, back in the days..
@@robinjansen51 Please how do I do that ... I do doino coin mining. Can you send me a link or an explanation about lite coin in mining? ...

THANK YOU for sharing this script! It really does help out a lot. I never knew about this kind of automation in Python, it's a really useful thing to work with. I also added an option to change the mode, because I usually tend to use Similarity instead of Perspective. It's just baffling that Black Magic can't implement a way to do this in-program~ (°-°,)
hi. where was used adaptor ?
It is crazy that this feature isn't available in Davinci by default 😟 Good job!
Hi, great video, do you by any chance know a way to display the hashrate from HiveOS on an Arduino or ESP32, thanks.
I haven't used HiveOS. Try to see if you can get it via a url, preferably unauthenticated. Then use some split or substring function to get the value. If you can only get it via an authenticated url, you can try logging in via your computer and use that auth cookie with your ESP. This could only work if is valid for some longer time.
This looks really promising. Unfortunately I'm getting an error: Starting stabilization for clip 0 Starting stabilization Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Stabilizer\stabilize.py", line 147, in <module> gpuLoad = GPUs[0].load * 100 IndexError: list index out of range Are my gpu and cpu thresholds not good? Any advice would be really welcome
It looks like it didn't detect a GPU. Remove line 146 and 147: _GPUs = GPUtil.getGPUs()_ _gpuLoad = GPUs[0].load * 100_ Replace line 150: _if gpuIdleThreshold <= gpuLoad or cpuIdleThreshold <= cpuLoad:_ with _if cpuIdleThreshold <= cpuLoad:_ And replace line 152: _print("GPU load:", gpuLoad, "%", ", CPU load:", cpuLoad, "%")_ with _print("CPU load:", cpuLoad, "%")_ Now it is only watching your CPU load
@@robinjansen51 that has fixed it thank you so much, I have 1000's of clips to get through I owe you a coffee! Had some weird issues getting to run in cmd but it is running fine going through IDLE
Ciao, se ti invio lo stereo mi esegui la modifica
Wow, man, THANKS! I had to stabilize 31 clips at 4K with an average stabilization time for one clip of more than 120 seconds. You saved my life!
